Customer feedback forms
Customer Feedback Forms let you collect structured post-delivery feedback from your customers. Once enabled for an organisation, a feedback form is sent to customers after their delivery is complete. You can configure the form to collect a CSAT score, star ratings, thumbs up/down responses, and open-ended reasons.
Responses are collected in NowGo and can be exported to CSV or Excel for reporting. Use feedback data to identify service trends, track driver performance, and surface improvement opportunities across your delivery operations.

Job priorities β A new Priorities settings page allows organisations to define and manage job priority levels, and assign them when creating or editing jobs.
SSO improvements β SCIM and SSO support has been added for Microsoft Entra. Additionally, you can toggle whether or not users are required to use SSO for logging in.
Quick Assign configuration β Quick Assign now supports maximum allowed drive time and distance settings.
