Updated over 2 weeks ago

Jobs can contain multiple stops. At minimum, they usually have a pickup and a delivery, but there are also options to onboard, offboard, and sort. This section describes a typical stop, where a consignment is picked up from an address, you navigate to the delivery address, and you deliver the consignment.

Picking up a consignment

When you receive a new job, you first need to pick up the items consignment. You can do this using the Stops section in your NowGo driver app.

For instructions to pick up a consignment, see the picking up article.

Navigating to a stop

The NowGo app uses your preferred GPS navigation tool to provide navigation instructions to your next stop.

Delivering a consignment

When you have navigated to your delivery address, you can deliver the consignment, and collect a proof of delivery (POD).

For instructions to deliver a consignment, see the delivering article.

Finalising an unsuccessful delivery

Sometimes, it's not possible to successfully deliver your consignments. In this case, you can mark a consignment as unsuccessful, and return the items to the depot.
