Jobs can contain multiple stops. At minimum, they usually have a pickup and a delivery, but there are also options to onboard, offboard, and sort. This section describes a typical stop, where a consignment is picked up from an address, you navigate to the delivery address, and you deliver the consignment.
Picking up a consignment
When you receive a new job, you first need to pick up the items consignment. You can do this using the Stops section in your NowGo driver app.

Delivering a consignment
When you have navigated to your delivery address, you can deliver the consignment, and collect a proof of delivery (POD).

Finalising an unsuccessful delivery
Sometimes, it's not possible to successfully deliver your consignments. In this case, you can mark a consignment as unsuccessful, and return the items to the depot.
