Dashboard users can archive user accounts for both the dashboard and the app, which removes them from the list of active users instead of permanently deleting them.
In order to permanently delete a user please contact [email protected] and request a hard delete of the relevant users.
Hard deleted users are NOT recoverable by Premonition.
Drivers
When driver accounts in your database are no longer need, administrators can archive driver accounts in the NowGo Dashboard.
In the top left of the dashboard, click on Resourcing.
Click the pencil icon on the right hand side of the row for the driver you want to archive.
Click "Archive Driver" in the bottom left.
Archiving a driver will remove them from the list of active drivers, and store them in the list of Archived Drivers. To view these, click "Show Archived Drivers" in the left hand column.
Users
When a NowGo dashboard user account is no longer needed, you can archive them from the dashboard.
Click on your email in the top right of the dashboard, then click settings.
This will automatically take you to the "User Accounts" section under "Accounts & Security" on the left panel of the page. You can also navigate to this link: https://dashboard.nowgo.io/settings/users
Click on the User Account you wish to archive, then click Archive in the top right of the account summary panel
Archiving a user will add them to the list of Archived users. You can view them by clicking Archived
