Dispatchers can add a number of different labels to jobs that are added to NowGo by adding Stop custom data.

The Stop custom data can be set up to contain useful information that can help with making decisions about which jobs should be allocated to the resources that are available for the day e.g. one driver might know the processes required at ACME Plumbing Co so all the jobs labelled with ACME Plumbing Co could be assigned to this driver.

To access the Stop custom data menu:

1. Click on your email address on the top right

2. Click on Settings from the drop-down menu

3. Click on Dashboard Configuration, then click on Stop custom data from the side menu

To add Stop Custom Data:

1. Click on Add New;

2. Enter the stop field details and a JSONpath;

3. Click on Save Changes.

To modify existing Stop Custom Data

1. Type the custom field you would like to modify in the Search Bar; or

2. Select the custom field if is visible in the list;

3. Click on Edit;

4. Update the information you would like to update;

5. Click on Save Changes
