What is a compliance check?

A compliance check is a set of questions, statements or text that a user must read and comply / not comply at the start of every shift.

This can be used to ensure that drivers are aware of driver and safety rules and any other rules that might be beneficial to both the driver and business.

Contents of a compliance check

A compliance check contains one or many screens, the screens can consist of:

  1. A block of text which a user must read, understand and agree/disagree

  2. Multiple statements can be used to ensure that a user checks all the checks pre-shift

(Note: text blocks and statement compliance checks cannot be combined in one screen, however multiple screens can be created for compliance checks on the App)

Example of a compliance check on the app

Below is an example of a compliance check, it uses 2 types of compliance checks (both text and statement checks):

1. After starting a shift a driver must complete a mandatory compliance check

2. The screen shows a text block which contains guidelines regarding a shift, which a user must read and agree in order to proceed with the shift

3. Screen 3 shows a checklist for different statements, a user may opt to not comply if they do not meet the requirement for the statement.

4. Once all the items in the checklist are checked off, a user can complete their compliance check and proceed with their shift.
