When stops are assigned to a shift, dispatchers and drivers can use the sequence option to reorder the stops in a more appropriate order based on their details and stop locations.

How sequencing works
Sequencing is your tool for visualising and adjusting delivery routes in real-time. It provides a dynamic view of planned jobs within a shift and empowers you to make on-the-fly adjustments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
You can run the sequencer from the dispatch dashboard, or allow drivers to sequence their own routes from the driver app.
Use the sequencer
You can use the Sequencer to reorder stops as needed, and keep an eye on driver progress and any potential delays. You can also allow drivers to sequence their own stops throughout the day.
Sequencing in the dispatch dashboard
In the NowGo dashboard, make sure any additional jobs are added.
Select a shift. You can select multiple shifts by holding Shift while clicking shifts. Alternatively, you can select stops by opening the shift, holding Shift and clicking the stops you want to sequence.
Click Sequence or Sequence all to begin sequencing.
When the solve has completed, check the updated route, and make any manual changes. While you are in planning mode, no changes are sent to drivers, so feel free to experiment.
Optional: If you want to roll back your changes, click Discard changes to discard your changes and return to your previous screen.
When you are happy with the result, click Dispatch plan to send the changes live.
Sequencing in the mobile app
Open the NowGo app and login to your account.
Tap Stops in the bottom navigation bar.
When you accept new stops for your shift, you are asked if you want to sequence the stops. Tap Sequence to run the sequencer. Alternatively, you can open the sequencer from the kebab menu on the Stops tab.
When the solve has completed, the new stops are shown in order.
