Using shift templates

Learn how to create new shift templates and help drivers quickly add new shifts in the NowGo mobile app.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

You can use templates to allow drivers to create their own shifts directly from the mobile app. You can create a shift template with options including when a shift starts or ends, how long it should run for, starting and ending locations, and control whether drivers can add jobs and sequence stops within the shift.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: To allow drivers to create shifts from the app, you need to turn on the Allow driver to create shifts option in their driver account. For more information, see the driver accounts article.

You can create a new shift template, or edit existing templates from SettingsTemplatesShift template.
