Summary
Accurate address data is essential to getting the best out of NowGo. Some of the problems you may encounter when addresses are low quality include:
Solves or sequences not working properly or giving unusual results.
Inaccurate or no ETAs at all on jobs.
NowGo users have the ability to fix addresses in NowGo in both the app and the dashboard.
Fixing addresses on the NowGo Dashboard
You can tell that that there are issues with addresses in the following ways:

Fix unrecognised addresses
When you see the Unrecognised Addresses notification in the top left of the dispatch map, you can click "Fix" to bring up a panel that may look like this:
You can use a map such a google maps to search for the information in the "Address as shown to the driver" section at the bottom of this panel
Find the street address without any extra information such as business name, phone numbers or delivery instructions; or
Click the search box labelled "Please enter a recognisable address to locate" and use the auto complete function. Click the correct street address to load the map
Drag the green marker to the right place if you need to.
Edit job street address
In a shift, jobs that appear in "Upcoming" have been sequenced. Sometimes jobs that are "Not in sequence" cannot be sequenced because the address was of low quality and NowGo thinks it is somewhere it is not.
To fix this:
Click on the job you wish to edit. This will bring up a job panel in the top right of the screen that may look like the following:
At this point, you may want to take the address shown and look it up. Use google maps to find the street address without the extra info
In the job panel, click Edit to bring up the following panel:
Click the search bar labelled "Street Address" and use the auto complete function to get the correct address.
Click the correct address to select it.
Click "Save Changes"
Fixing addresses on the NowGo App
In a similar way to the dashboard, there's two ways of identifying when an address needs attention/correcting on the NowGo App.

Fixing stops with address issues
Tapping the notification that "x stops with address issues" will bring up all the jobs in the shift that need correction. | ||
For items flagged as "Unknown address", tapping on an address will bring up a prompt to search for an address. Once you have selected an address, it may be flagged as low confidence (see notes below)
For items flagged as "Low confidence address" you will be prompted to select whether the location is incorrect or correct on a map. | ||
Tapping on Incorrect for the "Low confidence address" prompt will take you to the "Search for address" page. In this case, about half of the street address was entered before an automatically generated suggestion appeared.
Tap on the correct address that appears in the list. This will automatically save and you will be sent back to the remaining list of stops with address issues
Repeat this process until all of the stops with issues are resolved. |
Fixing addresses from the stop list
Tap on the stop that you want to edit. This will bring up the shortcut icons for navigation, contact information (if available) and the a button to start work on the stop.

In the top right corner there is a pen an paper icon. Tap this button to edit the job information | |
Tap the box labelled Street Address to edit the street address | |
Type the street address until the correct address appears in the automatically generated list of address suggestions | |
Tapping on the address from the suggestions list will save the address you selected, then take you back to the Edit Deliver Stop screen.
You can click Update map point to further refine the stop location | |
Once you tap Update map point the Mark location panel will load. Use two fingers on the touchscreen to zoom in or out as required. Use one finger to grab and drag the map as required.
Once the map point is correct, tap Confirm location. This will take you back to the Edit Deliver Stop page. Click Save once the address is correct. |
