While you are using the dispatch dashboard, you might find yourself needing to manage large numbers of jobs at a time. This article describes how to find and organise jobs in the dispatch dashboard.
This article shows how to sort unassigned jobs, and how to filter assigned jobs. For information about methods to select multiple jobs or shifts, see the selecting jobs and shifts article.
Sort unassigned jobs
You can sort unassigned jobs in the NowGo Dashboard by time windows or priority, in either ascending or descending order. This allows you to quickly find the jobs that need your attention most.
In the NowGo dashboard, navigate to the Dispatch tab. Click the unassigned jobs in the top left corner of the map to show the list of jobs. In the top right corner of the unassigned jobs list, click Sort to drop down a menu of sorting options.
Sort option | Description |
Swap sort direction | Change the sort direction |
Start time of first stop | Sort by the start time of the first stop in the job |
End time of first stop | Sort by the end time of the first stop in the job |
Start time of last stop | Sort by the start time of the last stop in the job |
End time of last stop | Sort by the end time of the last stop in the job |
Priority | Sort by the priority of the job |
Filter assigned jobs
You can filter assigned jobs in the NowGo Dashboard by status, driver, or date to quickly see what has been assigned. You can also export this data to a CSV file for further analysis.
In the NowGo dashboard, navigate to Jobs β Stops.
Use the filters on the left hand side to filter by date, completion status, channel, stop type, or driver. As you adjust the filters, the jobs shown in the list update to show only those that match your filters.
Click Export to export the current list to a CSV file.
